PTS, LLC focuses on teaching individuals, teams, and corporations how to build and sustain a culture based on core values, teamwork, and behaviors that drives performance and increase team morale.
King’s workshops are interactive, fun, and coupled with homework and group activities designed to assist in learning and implementing information learned in the training. King’s trainings are built for longevity, which mean it takes multiple sessions to build momentum, and to allow for trial and error.
King uses an academic teaching approach to leadership and teambuilding with the goal being to assist in your growth as an individual and leader. King’s current clients have partnered with PTS, LLC for more than a year, although shorter time commitments are available.
